I am offering an upstairs space for rent in my office
located in the Telkwa Village Office building.The space is approximately 290 square feet with an open plan layout . It has a window, vinyl plank flooring, an air exchange system, and air conditioning for the summer months.It includes a kitchen area (counter, double sink, microwave oven, and a small fridge) and a washroom.The space includes 2 6-foot folding tables (one table pictured; a second is on order). Seating for up to 12 participants is provided. (Bring chairs for additional participants.) In addition, there is a whiteboard with dry erase felts and a brush.Wi-Fi may be available for an added fee.

My intention is to provide:
a pleasant, affordable meeting space to non-profit groups (available weekday evenings, or daytime hours on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays)
Workshop space available for up to 3 consecutive days (Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays)
Capacity
Up to 20 or 25 people who are sitting, listening, discussing.
Up to 10 people engaged in activities such as art-making, fitness, healing touch, yoga, etc.
Terms
Rent will be charged on a per use basis.Although a long term commitment ensures consistent availability, groups are under no obligation to commit beyond a single usage and can feel free to book the space on an as-needed basis.
Non-profit group meetings:$25/per use
Workshops (where participants pay a fee): $50.00 per day (up to 3 days)
Payment is due in advance by cash, cheque, or email money transfer when the key is picked up.
